Working out is a healthy way to relieve stress and take your mind off of things. Once you become consistent and make it a way of life you will begin to enjoy it. I really like working out I've been working out for a long time almost all my life off and on. You don't have to lift weights and build big muscles to workout. You can jog do aerobics or even yoga. All in all working out is a healthy lifestyle and i encourage everyone to do so.
